Just 35 minutes from the Manzanillo International Airport (ZLO), the villa is a stunning 8000 square foot multi-level blending of Mexican and Italian Mediterranean architecture. This luxurious vacation home has sculpted grounds, a tiled swimming pool, and two separate outdoor living areas. At every turn you'll find striking views, comfort and style, balconies and large windows that admit the cooling sea breezes. The rental villa will easily accommodate ten guests for your vacation - five couples or two families with children.

The Casa Piazza luxury vacation villa is dedicated to making your vacation perfect in every respect.

• Villa Staff includes chef, manager, houseman, and daily housekeeping. Controlled, 24 Hour Security. Offsite administrator.

• Main house & casita have total of 5 bedrooms and 6-1/2 bathrooms.

• Rooftop palapa w/kitchen, wet bar, dining area, Jacuzzi.

• Tiled, heated swimming pool 3.5 to 5 feet deep w/ poolside lounging area w/ chaises, chairs, outdoor dining pavilion.

• Each bedroom has a private balcony, luxurious King size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

• Chef-prepared meals to your taste included. All meals prepared on-site, your special dietary needs accommodated.

• Purified water system throughout.

• Satellite TV/VCR, DVD player, video library, internet email, direct phones, book library, games, ping pong table, croquet, darts, fishing poles, snorkel equipment and more.

Terms: $6,000 starting bid. 7 Days (Saturday to Saturday) at Casa Piazza. You have one (1) year from the date of the event to visit our home. Villa accommodations are for 10 adults (5 couples) or 2 Families with children. Additional charges will apply for more than 12. Childcare is available in advance & at an extra cost. We are not suitable for corporate/business retreats, weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, house parties, etc. Winning bidder must travel with the group & be over the age of 30. Only BLACKOUT DATES are the weeks of the major holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years weeks). This is a non-transferable & non-refundable item. The main house area is non-smoking – we have dedicated an outdoor area for those who still smoke. All dates are subject to availability.
